pretty common experience. it's just a "quirk" that comes with this car.

what is interesting to me is that for the 2017 model this was supposedly fixed. guess not.

Luckily for me, Subaru agreed to cover the cost of replacing the TOB.

I had begun watching youtube videos on how to drop the transmission, and was checking out lightweight flywheels, was going to buy a transmission jack...

But, nevermind. I'll have to burn through the clutch or through another TOB before all that.
