Mid-Ohio ALMS race
 

Is anyone heading to the American Lemans Series race at Mid-Ohio the first weekend in August?

Were you there for Rolex? We saw a GBS BRZ heading out in the afternoon but never got to talk to the owner.

nah wasn't me. This will be the first time i've gone up to mid-Ohio.

I'll try to make it but it's looking very slim. I will be going to the Petit Lemans at Road Atlanta though.

I saw a silver BRZ there yesterday parked in the infield area next to two WRXs. It still had temp tags. Anyone on here?

He lives in columbus. Seen him around for a few days now. I was suppose to be up there yesterday in my SWP, but other stuff came up.

My friend and his s2ki.com group have been promoting the weekend for the last month or so. By doing so the number of them will be driving in the parade lap for the Honda 200 (those lucky bastards) If you're watching look for this....http://www.s2ki.com/s2000/uploads/ga...59_3399942.jpg

Yeah, I saw all the S2000s sitting b the paddock with the Honda 200 signs posted on them. There was also about 200 Vettes in the car corrall in the infield and maybe half that many Porsche. Cadillac also had a strong showing of CTS-Vs. I did not see an BRZs or FR-S there and I think I had the only MR-S.

Races were outstanding and well worth the trip!
