Subaru Brand Parts
 

Hey guys! At my local Subaru dealership, all their BRZs and WRXs have stickers that state they can install Subaru brand parts/upgrades when purchasing. What sort of performance upgrade parts might this include (regardless of price)? I cannot find any sort of BRZ performance parts catalog.

I'm pretty sure it is just add on stuff like side skirts, subwoofer, and interior lighting. Not things like air intake etc.

STI is becoming nowadays more of a sticker brand.

I would hope people consider serially transmitted illnesses more serious than just a sticker!

Foot well lights. You may laugh, but the Viper GTLM had a switch on the dash labeled "foot well lights", and the race engineer would remind the driver to use them when looking to over take....so they had to be for a performance gain ;)

At first glance, I thought the connector on the right was also, er, male. But then I realized you need an adapter for that . . .

Them doing it vs a local shop doing it wouldnt change anything...maybe just a larger hole in your wallet if you went through subaru
