Valenti 4th brake wiring help
 

I've been watching videos, reading writeups on it and I can't figure out where to get the wires to tap into for the extra 2 wires (red and blue) on my valenti 4th brake light. Can anyone help identify the wires? All the instructions I've seen take too close up of a view to be able to tell where the wires are coming from.

This is what I'm looking at:

I tapped into the wires coming from my driver side taillight. You can't see where in the pictures you posted.

If you don't get it figured out before I get home from work I will try to get a picture for you.

You mean the wires from the tail light itself, on the light's side of the connector rather than the wires coming from the car? Those looked like the most probable wires to use but I couldn't tell for sure. So it would be these, on the bottom side of the connector in this picture:

Yup! Those are the ones.

Well some part of the T-taps isn't working. Got it (I thought) tapped in, but the functions on the 4th brake light that run off the tapped wires aren't working. I've spent most of the day working on various things on the car though, I think I'll leave it for another day at this point.

Or maybe it's working, just backed into a parking spot and I could see the brake flashing like it's supposed to. Need to test it again after I get home to see if everything works.
