Axleback pop?
 

So i have a borla axleback exhaust and noticed that whenever i change gear it makes that single popping like noise. When i replaced the stock air filter with a k&n drop-in filter the pop disappeared. Does anybody experience that or is it just me.

I have an aftermarket axle back and it will sometimes pop when I accelerate aggressively and shift quickly.

I would think that installing the K&N would have the opposite effect than what you are experiencing (i.e. pop more with the free-er flowing filter) ......:iono:

It's been a while since I popped an axleback...

Nah, leave it. I'm imagining Boogiepop Phantom crossed with Initial D.

It happens to me sometimes as well, no other mods other than intake and axleback, seems normal.
