Idle Hunting/Surging

2016 FRS, 13,000KM Idle has always been wonky since I got it new. Seems to get worse as the car gets to operating temps. It does this even with everything turned off (climate control, head unit off) doesn't seem to make a difference. I thought this was an issue of older ones.

https://youtu.be/DwZcwdA7rX0 vid of it bouncing around.

AT?
If so then the TSB applies. If not then it is unusual for a 16.

Not stock tires nor rims, didn't bother to put the sense valves in the new ones ..i guess I could invest in some black electrical tape to cover the dash light. Radios turned up to give away my location. Kind of like an Easter egg hunt.
