First off....a little background:

https://repairpal.com/OBD-II-Code-P0...ge-performance

* have you messed with the in tank fuel pump lately .. ??

* I'd suggest you take the car to a station and fill it up and see if how much fuel it takes and if that corresponds with what the fuel gauge read.

* have you tried to erase the code and see if it comes back .. ??

That's all the guesses I have tonight.......:iono:

"Yes I have" - to what ....??

You have messed with the fuel pump OR you have erased the code and it came back .....??

The last time you filled the tank, did you happen to have the ignition ON or was the engine running ..??

I had a cheap OBD2 reader that was plugged in all the time but occasionally would lose connection for some weird reason. When it did, sometimes it threw a P0461. Since it was caused by the OBD2 reader, I just cleared it and it was fine. When that OBD2 reader shit the bed, I got another and never get that P0461 anymore.

Do you have any mods? Anything plugged into the OBD2 port (even a Progressive spy thingy)
