Kartboy short shifter broken spring
 

I love my Kartboy short shifter in my 2014 BRZ. I made a mistake and thought I would install a red shift lever sleeve to replace the black plastic one, just below the shift knob, which has the reverse lock-out feature. In the process of re-installing the roll pin I broke the spring inside the shifter that raises the reverse lock-out, which no longer works. I have written to Kartboy twice and they have not responded. Before I tear the shifter apart, does anyone know how to replace the spring inside the shift lever? Any help is appreciated.:mad0259:

Did you buy it straight from them or a 3rd party website? Depending upon that, the advice I'll give you will be different. :D
