Remote start
 

2013 FR-S. I had the battery changed and now my remote start won’t work. It was dealer installed when I bought the car new. Viper brand. AAA installed the battery roadside and I didn’t realize the remote start didn’t work until the next day. How do I reset it?

Look for a kill switch, that may have been hit. Can be in the drivers foot well.

I'd start looking for something that didn't get hooked back up, around the battery.

When you hit lock and unlock, does it?
Do the parking lights blink when you lock and unlock the car?
Does it crank when you hit the R/S button?

Call the dealer

-Unlock the doors
-Go inside
-Close door
-Turn key to "on." For push start, hit the push start to on the electronic without turning on the car.
-On your windshield there is a small viper antana. There is also ONE button on it.. hold the button til car beeps.
-on viper remote go to setting and select "pair"
-once pairing finish press lock button to complete.
