BRZ STI Front Lip Spoiler on 2017 Toyota 86

Does the BRZ STI Front Lip Spoiler fit on the 2017 86?

Here's a link for the product. It says in the product description that it fits the 2017 86 but seeing how the front bumpers are different I'm not sure if this is true.

That picture looks like a 2017 bumper. Note the "fangs" and the fog lights.

Yeah it's the OEM STI front lip for the 2017 BRZ. What I don't know is if that front lip will fit on the 2017 86 since they use different front bumpers. In fact the link also says it's compatible with the 2013-16 BRZ and FRS too so I'm questioning its accuracy...

You know you can just email customer support, right? I do that all the time. They'd know as they can just go in the warehouse and confirm. I personally don't think a lip for the BRZ will fit the 86 right off the bat. However I don't think drilling through urethane would be very hard

That's what I did but I also wanted to post it here to see if anyone has tried this or had input.
