Any Benefit to Chin Track Day Referral?
 

I'm about to sign up for my first track day(s) with Chin Track Days. They're asking if anyone "influenced me to join" which sounds a lot like a referral credit. Not sure if this is the case for Chin, but sometimes members get discounts, etc., for referring new members.

If you're a member of CTD, there is a benefit for you in it, and you want me to list you as the referring member when I sign up, shoot me a PM and I'll do you a solid. Maybe in the future someone will do the same for me.

I became an instructor for them last year. When I signed up for the first time, it asked the same question and I filled in the information of the friend who told me about them. A year later, he hasn't heard anything, nada, zip.
On the other hand, with NASA NE, for every 2 referrals you get a 'free' weekend.

Back in the day, they had a contest for who could get the most referrals. Prize was one year of free track days. My buddy ended up winning. Think the contest was late 2015.
