Ventus Autoworks - Aero Specialists (customer service)
 

Let me preface this by saying that I ended up not purchasing anything from Ventus Autoworks. I was looking at some diffuser options and came across theirs and sent an email with a series of questions. I ended up deciding on a product from a different company, but had a positive experience with the customer service from Ventus so I wanted to write something up here.

I sent an email Sunday night, around 8pm PST. I wasn't expecting to get a reply for at least a day, I just wanted to get the email sent before I went into work the next day. It looks like they're based in Toronto, so they would be a few hours ahead of me.

I first got a reply from Ventus within 1 hour of sending the email. It was Sunday night and they were responding faster than probably any other vendor I've ever emailed during the week. I actually had a few emails back and forth with them over the next couple of hours. They didn't just send the one email and call it a night, they kept replying and answering all of my questions about the product and they gave detailed answers to everything, not just quick, minimal answers.

If you're looking for some aero parts go have a look at their stuff. Or if you're in the Toronto area and want to help them out with test fitting some of their stuff or anything like that it sounds like they could use some more cars to work with. I can't speak to the quality of the products, but the customer service was excellent.
