Got a clunk/ knocking sound help please

It first started on low speeds I would hear a knock sound coming from the front right
But it got worse the front is now completely knocking so I jacked up the car tightened bolts (strut endlinks and the two 19 bolts)
Still have the clunking sound
I had my cousin drive the car slowly while I walked and he heard it inside clearly but when I was walking I didn’t hear anything

I can feel the knock on the pedals
Knock gets faster as the car moves
I don’t think it’s the engine cus I don’t hear it when I rev or idle

Also when I brake / slightly brake the sound is gone

Don’t know if this looks good let me know if you see anything wrong
Thanks

Mine developed a knock similar to yours after an autox. Some things I read in to forum were the two chassis braces in the engine bay and the lower aluminum engine cover. I torqued all these bolt on my car but the knock is still there.

I’m thinking of 2 things. One the bolts and top of the strut bushings in the engine bay. The other is a wheel/tire warp/rim or warped break rotor. Since ermax tried the engine braces. I would also check to make sure your fender bolts and engine mounts are tight and to spec.

I would also check that shock to see if it’s bent under the shock cover.

I did the shock towers and fenders. Need to check the engine mounts.

I went under again checked that boot in the picture and it seems like the inner tie rod is probally the problem I looked on YouTube but I’m gonna buy Megan racing tie rods hopefully that fixes it

If it winds up not being the tie rod, check your brake caliper bracket bolts. I forgot to tighten one once and had the same exact symptoms you described.

Thanks for the help but solved the issue don’t really know exactly what it was but my wheel studs and lug nuts were stripped a lot so I’m guessing my wheel was shaking or something and I reinstalled my right coil over and knock was gone

Good photography .......

:slap: ....... certain things you should check before you yell wolf ...... if it sounds like the wheel is about to fall off ....... check to see if the wheel is about to fall off.

Now, that's once ........ :D
