1. Make sure both collars are 1/8" away from bushing.
2. The popular whiteline end links are too long for a 1+ inch drop. Cutting them a good half inch is necessary. 4. Make sure bar is centered on vehicle (same poke on each side). 5. Blue loctite everything 6. Ratcheting wrenches unless u hate yourself 7. Connect up top end links, put washer on bar side, use blue loctite. Tighten them down. 8. Make sure preload/length nuts are not tight 9. Lower car on to ramps. 10. Raise up rear end (Jack on differential) so rear is same height as front on ramps. 11. Connect up bottom end links, washer on bar side, use blue loctite. Tighten down. 12. Adjust preload to a point where there is none. 13. Tighten down preload nuts |
I do need to mention that the end link pictures above are not on the website. Neither are they on the SPL website. You have to contact FT 86 speed factory directly and they can order them from SPL. I just installed mine today as per above notes. They fit good.
