Toyota releases US pricing for 2018- New 86 trim included
 

Toyota released the pricing for all 2018 models, looks like we are indeed getting those new trim levels.

The GT trim starts at $28,385 + $895 delivery fee ($29,280). GT Black is listed as well, same price.

Yeah, definitely pleased with that. I hope they offer the performance pack at the same $1,195. Here's hoping

Looks like the black trim is going to be without the PP standard if the info from earlier this week is true. The PP wheels are 17×7.5 compared to the standard 7.0.

What's special about the Black trim? Just a color?

If it's anything like the PP BRZ, I may grab one.

No details yet, hopefully in the coming days. The Aussies are getting a paint and trim variant called "Moon Slate." The description in the press release kinda sounds like something that a GT Black might resemble:

Wow the AUS GT86 Moon Slate is Subaru's Cool Grey Khaki, also seen on the JDM BRZ STI Sport.

Japan gets it too on the GT Limited Black Package. They have other colors available too, as well as the performance package.

That's the 2018 MY.

Messaged Toyota and a local dealer and they STILL have no release date. Smh.

Looks like mirrors and rear wing are blacked out. I figure that the wheels might also be black like they did the special edition Lexus models a few years back. Not very appealing, IMO. Maybe we will get the PP as this platform’s swan song for MY19 or MY20.
