Need help from fellow Members - screwed up new OFT
 

I posted this in tuning but I’m freaking and I want an answer now to know if I screw things up permanently or not !

Got the OFT today and already screwed up. I plugged in and “read” the ECU file and when it said turn car off and hit “ok” I turned the car off only to realize i OFT turned off too before I had a chance to actually press “ok”. Now “read” and “write” are both grayed out and I can’t do anything. What do I do?

Contact customer support?

I know that seems like a smartass answer, but I seem to recall people saying the guy who makes them is very responsive to support inquiries. I know that's where I'd start.
