More knocking, now onto my coilovers..
 

I swear problems will never get out of my car, now recently as I turned out of my friends underground parking lot my coils started to knock more heavily than before. Yes I understand adjusting the damping to soft will alleviate the usual stiffness sound, but this is completely different and it's only coming from the driver side front suspension.

Also maybe check that your preload is still set where you expect it
