Whiteline MaxG Coilover for FRS/86/BRZ

Hey everyone, just wondering if anybody is running the MaxG Coilover and how you find them? I have heard that they are built by a reputable company in The Netherlands. Feedback on these would be great :)

Built by AST, tuned by Whiteline.

No first hand experience, but I'd like to try them.

I've experienced various stages of the dampers. They're similar to other AST, but with a slightly different flavor. What kind of balance are you looking for?

What kind of balance do they provide?

Sprint rates are 285lb front and rear, which is not a bad place to start, and it's pretty much an AST 5100 so I assume they don't have to go back to whiteline for work and you can add external canisters with more adjustments if you want later.

And you can get a set for like 1800 which is a pretty good deal. But I wonder about what's going on with that. Original msrp is 2800 and I think maybe they weren't too popular at that price. I kind of wonder if they cut costs somewhere compared to the AST and/or they're going to be around much longer.

Does ast still make the 4100? Don't see it on their web page.

No I think they stopped with all the 4000 series stuff. The only difference going to 5000s is inverted struts, and they're not as expensive now.

Terry Fair of Vorshlag has a set on their FRS NASA track car that they have been track testing the last few months.
