Pretty sure you could buy a piece of metal, tin-snip shears, black paint, a cheap drill, bit, and screws for $84. It wouldn't be powder coated though... :cheers:

Yeah thats exactly why I was trying to see if someone was selling one used... I don't want to pay that much for a brand new one. Way too expensive for a shaped piece of metal.
