What's a good OTD price for 2017 BRZ now?

Hi All,

I'm looking to purchase 2017 BRZ in standard package.
I know 2018 BRZ is coming out soon, so I was wondering what OTD price is good for 2017 BRZ now?

Dealer in my area called $31,152.68 with performance package, but I think it's a bit high.

Please advise.

I'll sell you mine for $26k ;)

With performance package, there is a dealer in CA selling them for 26500

Check your local dealer ads for what they are asking in about 100 mile radius of you. What Joe Schmuck in Buttcrack Arkansas pays does not mean a thing to you. Different region's taxes and fees alone can change the price by quite a bit.

Definitely try and find cars at dealers in less populated areas. Not sure how useful it may be as we are living in different areas but I managed to get my 2017 BRZ (standard, not the Sport-tech one that we have in Canada) in mid October 2017 for 24250-ish CAD before taxes. It was advertised for 25k CAD (brand new, kms were in the 30s) but the dealer was located in a town that had a population of 30000. I also had the grad discount which decreased the price to 24.25k CAD.

Can you tell me the address or name of the dealership!

I picked up a limited last month with AT for just under 28K but I flew 600 miles to pick it up.

I picked up a '17 limited manual with PP for 26,418 before taxes and fees almost 3 months ago in Northern California. You'll be able to find a price around there for sure.

Picked up mine with PP with short throw for 27,100 before tax and fees. I only contacted 3 dealerships tho but this dealer offered the best price and the car just got off the truck.

Im assuming you mean the Sti Short throw? Is that something you can work in as an option? Also, seems like my area has nothing but PP BRZ, which is still a great deal in of itself but the priciest.

Yes, but I don’t think it’s an add-on option installed by the dealer. The dealer in Irvine didn't even know there is a short throw option for the brz so I think it's a fairly new option. (?)
I do recommend getting the short throw tho, it makes shifting feel a lot better ( I had a 2017 86 before)

I picked up my 2017 BRZ Limited for 27ish from 30ish...sorry I can’t remember the exact amount. If you can afford it go for the limited.

Most dealers will bargain for such options. Great tool when they hit rock bottom price but you still want to squeeze.

The short throw would be a dealer or port installed option not a factory one. Somebody at the dealership knew it existed for them to order it.
