What thickness are these? And they have the 56.1mm center bore to fit our cars, right?

These were on my car (2013 BRZ) prior to me buying it. I am assuming the thickness is measured over the total thickness and not just inner or outer areas? If so, 25mm.

Could also be my ignorance. How do they measure spacers? There is the outer ring and the inner ring. What would I measure? Just the outer?
