It's a fast way for me to generate a shortened URL to a certain page in Amazon (one click). Those pages are typically pre-filtered and narrowed to certain brands / components to save people the hassle of wading through a bunch of junk.

To date in Nov. I've made $1.16 off of Amazon links from the site, LOL.

To make money with it you need to find a niche that is more converting and profitable, IMHO. It's pretty heavily weighted towards volume and bigger ticket items in certain categories.

The blog is a waste of my time. I spend probably 5 - 30+ hours writing each article, coding the pages, creating the images, etc. However, I do enjoy it, and a few people get value out of it.

Since it seems to be an issue, I won't post anything else here.

Oh dude don't need to go that far either. As you stated you really aren't making anything but it the perception that you are that people object to.
Step back and look at your posts and you will see what I mean. It comes across as spam even though you are not actually spamming and we don't like spammers in these parts.

Not really, I looked at your site and I can tell your expertise is in SEO.

So working on your site, linking forums/Facebook/other places, you can improve your own skillset for SEO and digital marketing strategies.

I can work on other projects in much, much higher ROI verticals that I don't care about with some based wordpress install posting retarded flipped articles written by Romanians, LOL.

Seriously, the only reason I do my car blog is because I like it and people get something out of it. I even hand-coded the site for better readability, faster loading, etc. to improve the user experience.

Good eye, I've been an SEO for about 7 years now.
