Please don't take this the wrong way but you would be better off pulling parts off and going back to stock and selling the car that way. Mods don't add value and where your price stands even after lowering it is still very much on the high end of what the car sells for even in as good of shape as it is.

I'm going to have to second @jasonojordan's comment. $18.5k is way high for the year and milage, especially with the amount of mods it has.
