Zenith- 2017 BRZ PP WRB

Hi, guys this is my build thread for my BRZ, which I just call a Zenith. Will be a slow progression build because this is my daily but plan to have some real fun with the car.

I want to start this to keep track of what I've done so I can look back at it later on and to share my passion with others.

So, I'm a little behind on starting this because I actually received the car on July 12th, 2017 after ordering it a month and a half before that. I was super happy to finally have the car and these pictures are from right after I picked it up.

While I do think that the OEM tail lights on the kouki are excellent from the factory I had always planned on doing Tom's red tail lights. But then I saw the Valenti RM-2's and knew that they were the new direction I was going to go. I did not think that I would like the sequentials but have used them since the day I installed them.

Front lips have always been one of my favorite visual mods because of the way they transform the front of the car. I had seen the STI front lip but I wanted something carbon fiber and then I saw the APR released a carbon front lip. I love how aggressive it is and really hit all the things I wanted from a front lip and its nice that it provides actual performance, even if only mainly at high speeds.

Finally I have some noise! Installed a HKS Hi-Power Spec L w/ titanium tips, I might remove the burnt tips look later on but I'm not sure as of now. I had originally planned on doing a Tomei 60R but it was a little too loud for my taste, I don't need to have the loudest exhaust possible anymore, and seen how I plan on doing a Tomei UEL Header later on I don't want my neighbors to hate me. The Spec L was a nice in between compromise because its still lighter than most aftermarket catbacks, I think our cars look better with dual tips, a nice volume and is high quality.
