BRZ A/T 4.56 FD Parts
 

Hi guys, I'm going to be upgrading my Automatic to a 4.56 oem Toyota FD to improve acceleration but remain oem as I read noise and some isolated problems with non oem 4.67-4.88. I'll be doing this fd before doing Uel/ecutek because I want to avoid increasing car volume. When I'm not satisfied with the 4.56 "gains", that's when I'll head for uel/ecutek combo since the fd plus labor will cost marginally less. (My assumption is that sans the cooler sound, fd vs header should give more or less the same enjoyable gain)
Non-competitive tracking only and mountain fun.

A local shop specializing in modding and tuning 86s for autox
will be doing it for me and they gave me the option to source my own parts and just have them install it if I want to. can anyone give me a full list of what I actually need to buy? Been doing some reading and it's all confusing!

1. Toyota oem Actual 4.56 rack and pinion
2. Crush tube
3. Pinion nut
4. Pinion shim
5. Crown wheel fasteners and lock tubes
6. Pinion seal
7. Stub shaft seal

Are these all I need to buy? Are there links to where I can get them online?

Or if I will let them handle it all, at least let me know what parts do I need to cross check with them so at least I look like I know what I'm talking about so that they are likely to pay more attention To my car?
