BRZ or Celica?

I'm a new BRZ owner and new to the forum. I owned a '92 Celica before. Aren't they twins?

Yes, twins.

The 1992 Celica had an AWD turbo trim.

The BRZ has a four door sister that is AWD turbo, and according to the reputable automotive publication Motoring.com.au is rumored to have an AWD turbo trim by next year.

Also, it was said that the designers of both the WRX STI and BRZ were said to have also invented a time travel machine to travel to 1988 to design the next Toyota Celica and subsequently its All-Trac/GT4 variant.

So despite being different in terms of body style, they are closely related, if not twins.

I think my Corolla has the same clock. Does that mean it's a triplet?
