I am looking to get a ducktail spoiler for my 2017 brz but im not sure which one will cover its holes. The 2017 brz trunk holes are different than previous models (only 2 holes on each end of the trunk).

Right now I am considering the Rallybacker ducktail spoiler. Any suggestions?

Yup!

Put the original spoiler back on and advertise for a local owner without any spoiler that wants to do a trunk lid swap.

OR

Do what I did and find a #totaled car without a spoiler and buy the trunk lid and store your original. It takes about 15 minutes to transfer the lock, license plate, and swap the trunk lids!

When doing a trunk swap. Doesn't your 17' have the standard Back Up Camera? Would the donor trunk need to also have a back up camera?

It would need the camera but it doesn't matter if it is the one from that car. You do have to change the lock mech over though since they are specific to each car (or it would be silly having locks).
