Reputable Body Shop in SoCal area
 

I had my car repaired at a body shop and they did a horrendous job. It was a total nightmare but my insurance agreed to take it to a shop of my choice to get all the issues fixed. Any recommendations on a body for our cars would be a godsend. :bow:

ACH Motoring, does a lot of work on FRS/BRZ especially the track guys.

He's located in Van Nuys but does good work and uses all original parts.

If you want to use aftermarket parts, he's really good about that too.

Sam's Auto Land in Gardena is well regarded. They do work directly for Toyota as well as custom work, drift cars, etc.

Wow, what happened?

They're the shop I took it for work and boy do I have a million of things I can rant about. The owner tried to make it right but everytime it stayed longer it had more damage and more work(Getting more frustrated at us everytime we had another issue with the shop). They almost let me drive out with the rear left wheel loose. Refused to let my brother take it out of the shop because we had enough of their shit. Thats not even speaking on the quality of work or other damage my car went through. Best one is I had full tank gas when I brought it back after finding the door dents and other problems. I have dashcam footage of worker driving it in quite a "spirited way" just after I left the shop. Dashcam footage of them constantly reving the car with clutch in getting up uphill entrance to repaint for the 3rd or god knows how many times. Guy in dashcam didnt even know how to drive stick and asking for help as he's moving it across the shop and constantly failing on entrance burning clutch as he goes forward and backward uphill to get it repainted AGAIN(Got out the car and had someone finally do it as he couldn't). Guy and his buddy revving the car for no reason but to of course rev some guy's sports car. He say basically in spanish " This guy brought full tank of gas and its almost empty hahahaha". I looked through hours of dashcam footage and theres a week I didnt have recorded where the SD card capped out. I have all this evidence and I'm looking to get this fixed at the best body shop I can because I do hope they pay for the damages when insurance goes after them if they do. This is all recorded and I'm glad to share a little of it but shit is going down once I have insurance and repairs behind me.
