Set up FFS and LC and a few other things.... now no cruise control
 

Does LC or FFS disable cruise control?

I also edited the timing advance B map for pops and bang and raised the low idle RPM to 800. Could these disable cruise?

there's no CEL, car runs perfectly otherwise. Just no cruise after tweaking my Stage 2 EL 93 OFS tune file

Read ecu for fault codes, if codes found investigate cause and rectify


If no codes
remove battery terminal for a couple of minutes to reset all control units

So there could be fault codes disabling cruise even if there's no MIL (CEL)? OK, I never thought to do that. I thought only active MIL could disable cruise, not pending or anything.

Oft and some other scanners only read codes from engine ecu, and overlook all the other control units in car

Disconnect the battery for a minute or two. I've had a similar issue when I plugged in my OFT while the car was running. I guess the plug didn't go in straight, got the white screen, and then the CC didn't work. I turned off the car, plugged in the OFT again and everything worked fine.
