FRS series 1.0 crashes into home knocking out power and causing a fire
 

Just thought I'd share this post about a series 1.0 that crashed into a SF home causing a fire and knocking out power. Is this a member on our forum?

glad nobody was seriously injured at least and a good reminder to take it easy while street driving and go elsewhere for spirited driving..

Not sure if it would've been better on a canyon road. Would've ended with flying off a cliff or wrapping around a tree instead of into a house :lol:

I didn't reeeally want to elaborate :laughabove:, so thanks for doing it for me :P Although I sorta meant more like track/autox. But canyon roads work too.

Every senseless crash will eventually increase other FR-S owners' rates :mad0260:

He's works for a body shop as well, how ironic lol. He'll be coming to a home near you soon.

This happened right near where I live, and at the end of the closest thing to a "canyon road" there is in San Francisco. Makes sense.

I worked for a newspaper once. The editors creamed their pants for house fires and dead kids.

I have no sympathy for those who endanger other peoples' lives.

I hope this guy gets a driving suspension at the very least.
