Anyone with work s1 3ps with a BBK?
 

I have some work meisters with a 27 offset 9.5 width and was wondering if any front bbks will fit.

I believe with work wheels if they're forged/custom made they have an option for select rims to fit BBK.

A disk - Standard dish
O disk - Deep dish
L disk - Big caliper dish
R disk - Big caliper dish
T disk - Big caliper dish

You should have these options when ordering those wheels. As these options are available for the wheel you specified.

Edit: all the 27 offset sizes are negative offset. So either you have an older 17" size that is no longer produced, or someone refinished the barrel to produce a +27 offset, in which case no one will truly know whether it clears big brakes or not.
