OK. So about 3 days ago i got a jump start the car sounded a bit off. I revved the car once (probably shouldn't have) and it sounded normal again but when i went to close the hood something made a banging noise. Since then when ever you accelerate or push in the gas it makes a whistle noise. Kind of like those turbo diesel trucks. Any idea of what it could be?

probably knocked a vac hose or something loose. try getting someone to sit in the car and rev while you listen under the hood.

unless this only happens when moving. that would be dangerous.
