Antenna Options

Hi all,

Trying to get a poll of all the antenna options out there. I am aware of the beatsonic sharkfin antennas, perrin 2" and 4" machined antennas but not much else.

At the moment, I really dislike the stock antenna but I'm not sold on a sharkfin either...something very low profile. Any ideas?

Newerconvertibles (mainly BMWs) feature a sort of rectangular cover.

Cusco makes some short antennas as well.

There are a few vendors in the Classifieds section that can get them for you.

I believe Agency power has shorty antennas.

I love the stock antenna! Down with shark-fin antennas!

Diggin the Agency Power antenna, thanks for the info! I agree, down with sharkfins. They look good on some vehicles but not all.

I got a billet 2" antenna off of e-Bay but I don't remember the brand. It was around $12 shipped.

You can get this one at http://takubanmotorsports.com/index....&product_id=77:

It's about 2.5" and forms nicely with the antenna base.

Yes, this is a shameless plug. :)

Perrin has their shorty antenna up now. They have a 2" and a 4" version. I can't decide if the 2" is too small or not. I need to see some better pics of it.

They have a PDF at this page....http://www.cusco.co.jp/en/parts_prod...t_antenna.html

Still don't dig the shorty smooth antenna. The Agency Power has ridges that make it look like it actually belongs there in the first place.
