metal vibration in drive

I have a 2013 automatic FR-S with about 24k miles. It just started making this sound, which starts at 14 seconds in the video. It only happens after the car is put in drive and pressing the accelerator makes the noise fade and then go away entirely. It only happens if the car hasn't been driven in a few hours.

Have you made any modifications to the exhaust system ...... ??

Any power mods ... ??

Nothing done recently. Supercharged it a year and a half ago and put a perrin 3" catback on. No noises since then up until now.

I'll go along with that guess.

It's the bottom engine cover. Some people call it the skid plate. The bolts fall out. :/
