Please look at the link.

it makes very loud noise when driving

how can fix it ?

Are you asking what is making the noise, or how to stop whatever is making the noise?

It sounds like the CD eject motor. Disconnect the harness or pull the fuse to kill the head unit and see if that stops the noise.

is there a cd stuck in there? if not try inserting and ejecting one.

Or stab at it with a screwdriver until the sound stops.

The only other motor in that area is the one that drives the fresh/recirc door. I see in your clip that the cabin blower is turned off.

This approach sounds like the most viable / fun option.

Thanks again for posting the TechStream links.

I think the radio has a cooling fan! Just now getting home I accidentally left my ignition switch in ACC mode. I leaned over to grab stuff from my passenger-side footwell when I heard the faint sound. "whrrrrrrrrrrr..."

I kind of want to disagree with you. The head unit is quite small, and I don't remember seeing a fan on it when I replaced it.

Edit: At least the HU in my '15 didn't

Double edit: I stand corrected, you're correct
