ACE Sponsored Naturally Aspirated Track Build

This build is bringing me back to a history of owning, modifying, and racing Japanese cars. I know many owners go the boosted route as it is relatively affordable to make significant power increases. I, however, will be going the NA route with this build and will essentially be building a modern version of the original AE86 N2 that raced in Japan and are known for their Formula Atlantic 4AGE power plant. The build will be a high revving, naturally aspirated, track ready, monster. The FA20 is relatively untested in high power NA form and i really want to push the envelop of this platform. So far, I have secured sponsorships from IRP and @AceHeader-MT and am continuing to look for sponsors to help make this unique build happen. Ace has provided the build with nearly their entire catalog including a 42.7 Anaconda Header, Over Pipe, Catless Front Pipe, Laguna 100 Catback System, Radiator Intake Duct, and 123 Clubsport Crank Pulley. As for IRP, they have provided the V3 Short Shifter. There is much more to come so stay tuned as the project unfolds. For now some pictures.

I saw your car at the 8/6 day event in Santa Clara, but I'm not sure if you had that exhaust on at the time!

Best of luck! All motor builds are my favorite!

What stroker kit are you looking at? And you would be running E85 to hit you power goal, right? Car looks great

@celek has designed a 2.3l stroker using an hks crank, custom rods, and pistons. I don't have e85 near me. I hope I won't have to, but likely will.

Mine too. I had an NA single cam Civic that was pretty wicked in my Honda building days.
