Cable broke. Help!
 

So, my battery came loose and seems to have snapped a cable. It is a blue cable behind the battery going through the firewall on passenger side into the dash somewhere.

I cannot find where this cable goes to in the engine bay. Can someone check their car for this, it is a single cable next to a large bundle behind the battery (has black cable cover over it)?

Or if anyone knows, any help is appreciated.

Symptoms:
Lights turn on,
all dash lights are on,
cannot read odbii,
no sounds when turning the key to start,
no radio,
no window power,
no power steering.

Looks like it is going into the ECU. But I don't know where it goes to in the engine bay.

ill see if I can take a look later, I have never noticed that cable before
