Ecutek - ELI5
 

Hello! I have finally completed the installation of my FBM turbo kit. As someone who has only ever done basic maintenance my self, I wanted to do my own installation. Well at any rate I am ready to flash my base map. Now I have checked the Ecutek website, and I have done some googling and I cannot figure out how it works. Can someone explain to me how the License unlocks my ability to tune. Maybe even show me a step by step set up? also after you download and install ecutek software have a look under the C:\Ecutek directory and their are some PDF Help files


Ecutek does come with base maps for turbos or even tuned NA roms, just stock roms


You either need to tune from scratch or buy a tune from a tuner
