Pegasus White 86 Tinted and Tough Sealed

I've had my 86 tinted and Tough Sealed. The Tough Seal looks awesome, and was $400 less than opti-coat.
Paint feels like silk, is noticeably more reflective (which is harder to see on a light car).

For those in WA looking for a detailing option, Tony and Sharon at Diamond Car Detailing are just awesome. They have a purpose built workshop, so your car is worked on indoors (including washing) and you are less likely to get any contaminants introduced. Or they can come to you.
Tony did a fantastic job preparing my paintwork for the paint protection, pointed out all the flaws from the cars time on the docks and from the dealership washing it etc.
And I got to check out a Maserati and S5 they were working on while I was there :-)

Few pics for you. I'm loving the look so far, can't wait for my Black Kiwamis and springs.

How did you go with the tint and the windows dropping and lifting as you open/close the door?

It was heat sealed by the tinter which would have been sufficient, but on top of that I ended up with the flu so I didn't drive it for 24 hours after I got home.

thanks

Looks great - Which way are you going for lowering?

They tinted with the brake light in place - slid the tint behind it and used a really flat squeegee.

Leaning towards the Eibach Pro-kit. 1 inch is the most I want to go. I have a price to ship it from the US - just waiting on a local price from a guy who may bring a bunch in (or see if Eibach Australia will bring them in).

Nice work mate. I'm glad you have something on your car help protect it.

Nice mate looks great. Our cars are going to be twins when they are done. White, 35% tint and black kiwamis. Lucky you live in Perth haha.
