FRS Rental
 

I'm headed to the dragon in a few weeks and a friend wants to join me but he doesn't currently have a sports car (or anything remotely sporting). He's looking around to see if any dealerships in the area have FRSs available for rental.

Anybody aware of a Toyota dealership that might do that within the Raleigh-Durham NC area?

I rented an Elise for several days using that site.

He has checked Turo, but one problem is the mileage limit. It's 350 miles to TofD from Raleigh where we both live.

I tried to rent one when I was down that way two years ago. Had no luck finding anyplace. If you do find one please let us know since I am headed back that way in September and would like something better that a base Corolla to make the run in.

Maybe post on the local forums to see if anyone would be willing to rent it out privately?
I would rent my car out if someone was in need, but I'm nowhere in your area.
