beeping when coming to a stop
 

I finally got another FRS today. All is well except: when I come to a hard stop at around 3 mph, or if I accelerate after a hard stop, I get two beeps. The first one is louder than the second. I wasn't able to replicate every time but I did get it while braking in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I made sure the shift light and indicator system is set to off. Any ideas? Thanks a ton in advance!

No dash lights? Just beeps?

I know some Insurance Snapshot ODB dongles do his. Any Progressive ODB Insurance dongle on the port?

Oh my. How diabolical. I suppose good news for me for buying a car from someone who used such an evil thing :)

I'd yank and toss it. Or, perhaps, take it back to Progressive and recommend they perform something biologically improbable with it.

I vote do lots of donuts, WOT pulls, and some hard brakes and ask them what sort of rate they can give you if you switch to them, being a responsible new driver with a safe car and all.
