Anyone else having bluetooth problems?

My BRZ keeps connecting the bluetooth to my iphone, then will disconnect, then reconnect, and so on.... WTF?

The only issues I have had are with my Samsun Galaxy Nexus on Verizon. I've had it playing music but the controls would not respond, only happened once. Also, before I rooted and put a custom ROM on my phone I had the bluetooth call issue where calls were gargled and robotic.

Have you updated your iPhone to the latest iOS and which model is it?

Bump. Dealership was unable to fix the problem.

This happened to me too with my Galaxy Note running AOKP Milestone 6 using Doubletwist to stream music stored on the microsd card which was in my phone via bluetooth. Right now I'm just using the same 32gb microsd card full of mp3's in a little USB adapter in the slot next to the storage cubby in front of the shifter and playing the songs locally off that and the touch screen controls work fine.

My phone calls work with bluetooth just fine, but initiating an outgoing call with "hands free" is very difficult. It will not recognize the names I ask to call many times and I give up and either tell it to manually dial the full number or just wait until I'm stopped and initiate a call with my phone directly. It's very frustrating and I caught myself screaming names at it a couple times.

I heard about this issue when people had both bluetooth and wifi going, this is due to them both using the 2.4 GHz. Now the question is, have we figured out how to do audio streaming volume control?

Hopefully, Subaru will address this much faster than Ford has with their sync and bluetooth connectivity issues. My neighbor's car still has major glitches after a year and several trips to the dealer...technology is a burden I tell ya!

Well if it is a problem of the wifi than it is not a problem with the HU but instead the phone.

Newer phones with NFC shouldnt have this issue as you can program a sticker to turn off wifi, lauch bluetooth, and launch apps. This may be a less painful way to manage the dual band issue.
