Invidia N1 and UEL (Meet up)
 

Hey guys, currently have Invidia N1 on my FRS and want to go with UEL in the near future.

Was hoping someone with N1 and any uel would be willing to meet up so I can hear the set up in person.

When I first got N1 installed it was pretty loud but not as loud as most people say. It can get a little drowney at certain RPMS but definitely manageable and not over the top. Before I bought the N1 i read a lot of reviews about how it was too loud but personally I love the sound. I know the UEL will make it louder but would like to hear setup in person as videos online never give sound justice.

If anyone is willing to meet up I can buy you lunch or beer for your troubles.

I work in Torrance and live in Whittier so anyone around that area would be best. Also in Long Beach most weekends so that would work.

n1 and UEL headers
 

n1 + uel will be super super loud bro. i have the invidia r400 and tomei uel and its pretty loud everytime i drive. i can drive quiet but i have to accelerate slow or else itll be loud and rumbly. i actually bought the tomei uel headers from a guy on facebook. he was selling his n1 and tomei uel headers and he said with that two set up alone was waaaay too loud. n1 is already loud alone, an if u get a front pipe then its over. lol i recommend switching to invidia r400. its loud but not crazy loud like n1. and it doesnt drone as much:confused0068:

I don't have this setup anymore, but I had an N1 and Gruppe-s UEL Headers. It brought out that subaru rumble, but the cabin drone got a bit overbearing. I drive the car daily and eventually swapped to an Invidia Q300, UEL headers, & catted front pipe. Still have that subaru sound when you're WOT :)

I got my Q300 because @Barusu. It was amazing in person. I have a Q300 + JDL UEL, cold start wakes my kids in the morning, under 4k and its pretty cop friendly, hit a tunnel at WOT and your getting a ticket. Mind you the Q300 is FAR quieter then the N1.

Yeah actually considering just getting UEL and if its too dam loud just swapping out for the Q300. Seems like Q300 and UEL set up the best option.

i have the Invidia N1 and Tomei UEL.......its LOUD !

I have an n1 and jdl uel catted. Just got pulled over in Newport going 15 mph in first for exhaust lol. 1 year with this set up and first time a cop ticketed me for it.

If you wanna hear, I drive from from oc to dtla everyday. Lmk. I'm swapping for a perrin exhaust so hit me up before it's out.
