Newsmy Carpad NR3001 android head unit for sale.
I bought this with the intention of putting it in my BRZ, but I sold the car.
This costs $330 + $50 for shipping new. You will need the typical stuff to make this work like a dash kit, external mic, usb adapter, etc.

Is this just running Android or can it be used with Android Auto?

I dont think you can run android auto on this. I'd check the forum I linked for more info. The OS is android on the head unit itself.
