can muffler shop fix dent on resonator? if so, how much do they usually charge for? dent itself isn't that bad by the way. thks in advance.

You posted in engine swap. You may want to post in a more relavent section.

If you didn't collapse it your fine a small dent won't affect it. If it's collapsed they will replace not repair.

sorry meant to write this on engine/exhaust section. it's not a stock resonator though it's the one that came with cat back exchust that I bought from Craigslist. so I feel like I have to fix it even if it's small dent.

Just erase it from your mind. It won't affect anything and the fix is to cut it and replace with new one. Dents on exhaust have been tested and proven to not reduce power anyway....

It harms nothing and if anybody crawls under your car and says "hey this is dented" just say it happened while jumping some buses or something equally cool.

There was an engine masters where they sledged a header and it took a lot to drop power.
