Jdm trd front lip

I've searched around a bit, but does anyone have any clever solutions for mounting a license plate on the jdm trd front lip. I think the holes are different for a Japanese plate vs a California one and don't line up properly. Thanks.

The holes are in the same place. You can use self-tapping screws or go to autozone and they have various types of license plate screw kits. Also a bolt and nut will be fine.

They also make tow hook plates.
