Passenger Front Collision Repair question

I got into a wreck in my car at the race track about a month ago. This caused my passenger wheel to sit back into the rear of the fender well. After replacing all the bent and broken pieces (Lower control arm, inner and outer tie rod, coilover), The wheel sits more forward now but when I turn the steering wheel about a half turn it runs on the rear of the fender well. My question is, could an alignment fix this issue? or should I expect is to be frame damage?

Wheel Spec: 18x9.5 w/ 38 offset
Tire Size: 265/35/18

I will be posting photos when I get the chance

Well, I'd suggest you check the clearance between the wheel and the fender wheel on both sides and do a comparison.

Next, look at the fender wells on both sides and see if there is a difference on how they are mounted.

If you can't detect any difference, I'd recommend that you have the car placed on an alignment rack and let the tech take a look see.

After changing all those parts an alignment is pretty much required even under the best of circumstances.

I would hope an alignment was the first thing done after the parts were replaced, otherwise you haven't even completed the necessary repair work.

I'd measure from like points in a diagonal under the car to see if everything is square.

Thanks for the input guys, I was holding off on the alignment just incase theres something that I missed to check. Ill get it on the alignment rack and go from there. Ill keep you posted

Most shops around me in the northern Ohio southern Michigan area offer a free 30 day warranty for an alignment. If the alignment is set and you find something else its free.

Sorry for the late response...
Went in for the alignment and got everything straighten out. Only issue I'm having now is that the wheel is still sitting too far back in the passenger wheel well and my tire rubs as well when I turn it 1.5 rotations to the right. Still looking into it see where the damage is coming from.
