[SOLVED] OFT: Odd Issues

Hey guys,

Running into some odd issues. Firstly, my ECU Info doesn't show a Hardware or Software number, which is odd, because it used to.

Next, I have been completely unable to get my OFT to connect to OpenFlash Manager. One of the two failures occur:
  1. "Unconfigured device, it cannot be used.", then OpenFlash Manager closes
  2. "Length error.", then OpenFlash Manager reverts back to "Connecting to device..."

Any ideas?

I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in.

I'm running Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro (2015).

I've tried multiple USB ports, multiple USB cables, and tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and restarting my computer multiple times.

Openflash Manager seems to hang when it gets to "Identifying device". At that point, given the Windows 10 USB chimes, it sounds like the device disconnects and then I get the "Unconfigured device" message.

SOLVED: I was running Windows 10 (boot camp) via VMware Fusion. I shutdown VMware Fusion and booted directly into the Windows 10 partition directly rather than running it virtually and it appears to be working fine!
