Anyone making/willing to make an 86 emblem for the hood?

...To replace the Scion logo.

I'm torn on using a Toyota logo, but would gladly pay money for a big 86 logo like this but in chrome/black:

Just a thought. I'm certainly not capable of making one, but if anyone out there wanted to, I would pay you

Thanks,
Coulter

I want a small one to go on the back myself just a round machined aluminum 86 emblem instead of the GT86 emblem that i have been thinking about.

Bump... I can't possibly be the only one interested in something like this. :(

I'd be interested. I recently swapped to Toyota badges, but an 86 logo may have a bit less rice factor.

i can definitely make one

but i already know it wont work and look good

the scion/toyota logo is oval and the 86 is circle

the bumper is made for oval emblems not circle

Le sigh... even if it had a slight curve to it to make it fit better?

I've stared at my hood trying to imagine it there and I feel like there could possibly be a way.

...and you're in SF, happy to make my car the guinea pig for it.

you could even add pistons to the sides to fill out the oval and represent the boxer engine :O

lol..

but personally i think a cleaner looking version of the below emblem (get rid of the fill in between the piston shafts), within a coloured oval would look pretty hot.

Any progress on this?
I would be interested in just a plain circle 86 emblem, maybe to put on the dash.
Would be great to know if something was produced.

Thanks!

If anybody has a leftover emblem and would be willing to drop it in an envelope... I'd be glad to use it for mocking up some CAD designs.

Any machine shop can CNC a $5 piece of aluminum billet, if you give them the IGES/STP file or g-code for CAM. Anodize or paint it, and install with some adhesive.

Additionally, you can 3D print it with a tight mesh. Primer and sand it flat, then chrome/color paint it.

It should be flat ellipse with 2 pegs like these:
