Question about mixing gas with E85.

So real quick I was just wondering if it would be a bad idea to mix a gallon or so of gas in with the E85 I have left in my tank. I've been on E for a bit and I need to get to my E85 station about 30 miles away and I don't think I'll make with what I have. I'm on the OFT E85 UEL tune and I just don't want to have to switch back. Would it be awful to just throw a bit of gas in the tank just to make sure I get to the station? Thanks.

You should ask in the tech part of the forum, man. Sorry that I can't give a better reply.

Of cause you can.

I wouldn't. But if you really need to I would not go over 3k RPMs.

OFT 85 tunes can compensate down to e51.

I have heard of people accidentally putting 93 octane on their OFT e85 tune. They said it ran fine but to keep the rpms low. 2500-3k tops.

If you are tuned on e85 and run normal gas, you'll be running rich as fuck so not a lot of hard can come of it if you are sensible
